The Irvine Diamondbacks will be conducting a free baseball clinic and collecting used baseball equipment on Saturday, January 2, at Harvard Park from 10 am - 1 pm. The used equipment is donated to the Roberto's Kids charity who distribute the equipment to needy kids in the Dominican Republic.

 

The free baseball clinic is for area youth between the ages of 9 and 14 years old. The clinic will feature instructors from Elite Baseball Instruction, former MLB and college players, local high school coaches and players.

 

Over the past 2 years the Diamondbacks have collected and donated over 6 pallets of baseball equipment to Roberto's Kids.

 

Thank you to Old Dominion Freight Lines for donating the cost of shipping the equipment to Oneonta, NY.
